don't do it So yeah, the good reviews here are definitely fake and written by someone in the rental office. They do this kind of thing. They are also notorious for looking up/ tracking down people who leave negative (honest) reviews on websites so that they can reply with snarky, false statements. Listen, this place is terrible. Nothing about it is worth it. You think that a pool, and a gym, and on site laundry, and those tall ceilings the fake reviews are so fond of are worth it? Re-examine that view after a few months. real review I believe the other reviews are fake. Notice they mention the same things- location, public transit, pool/sauna, etc. Amenities: They're a joke. The pools are open seasonally, but randomly are shut down. When we moved in last summer, the closest one was shut down the whole summer pretty much. This summer, it opened and then randomly has signs on it about being closed. We went once this summer, and it was filthy. The pool desperately needed to be cleaned. Wimbledon Square My roommate and I scored a 3rd story unit with vaulted ceilings and couldn't be happier about it. SO MUCH VERTICAL SPACE. Wimbledon is next to two bus lines and very near the light-rail system here in Portland. The large complex shares three seasonal swimming pools, year-round sauna and hot tub, a large gym, multiple laundry facilities, and basketball/tennis courts. It's awesome. Wimbledon Square comfortable- environment, modern day nice area for couples and single individuals. nearby Trimet bus stops, or convenient store. amenties including basketball-tennis court, Pool sauna, and fitness center. including business center and clubhouse.
Great location and apartment size Love the vaulted ceilings, the size of our apartment for the money, our large private balcony on the third floor and the location. It's so easy to take the bus downtown or walk to get coffee. We also are within walking distance to Trader Joe's and the bars and restaurants on Gladstone. We love our neighbors and some of them have been here a long time. Occasionally we visit the pool/hot tub and its so great to have the pool available in the heat of summer.
