Weird Looking Neighbors But.... Awesome !! I love the neighborhood in that I can ride my ebike safely on the streets because they have bike lanes. Its also close to downtown and SE Portland. The floor designs is what attracted me the most.

This place is AWESOME!! I can't believe it! This is a relaxing place. It's no wonder the few times I've been here I hardly see anyone. They're all cozy in their apartments. This is like 10* accommodations compared to my current place. I'm hopeful to move in soon. I wonder if any actually plays pool here. That's where I'll be. This is where I will train to become the new world champion! I love it!

Scumlord Absolutely THE scummiest property management company I've ever rented from. Everything inside is made from THE cheapest, least durable material. Paper thin walls, you'll hear every single nose your neighbors make. There's lead, asbestos and black mold prevalent. There's no security and constant thefts. They are in bed with Sergeants Towing and will not blink when it comes to your car being towed. Yet somehow the constantly revolving door of employees is somehow worse than all of that. It's not hard to see why they were sued for 20 million dollars If you're looking for somewhere to live, Wimbledon is not even worth considering. I chose Wimbledon because I THOUGHT it was my cheapest option. However when you factor in the property damage, theft, and wasted time, Wimbledon has cost me MUCH MORE than nearby options would have. Non functioning electrical I have not had working electricity for 65 days and counting. Building management is well aware and still has not fixed the issue.

not even as a last resort This apartment looks like any other however there are cheap repairs all over the place that won’t go noticed until their short 3 month life span wears out, paint on door starts chipping, closets aren’t painted the same color, repairs made every month, horrible and nasty laundry machine areas that are left unkept. Half of the office staff are full of themselves but the other half are very nice and kind. Do NOT rent here if you can avoid it Your car WILL be broken into and management will do nothing about it. Maintenance is almost non-existent except to keep the landscaping watered and mowed. Amenities like the laundry room close at 6pm so if you work you can only use the single 24hr laundry room that's way off on one side of the property. Your water will be shut off with only short notice, occasionally for more than a day. Expect any large construction project to drag on for months, often with no evidence of it progressing ... read more

Constant Construction - Poor Communication Do not move here unless you're desperate. They have been doing shoddy, loud construction outside apartment for over a year. As I write this they are literally banging directly on the roof overhead as I'm trying to work, scaring my pets. Some of the construction had to be redone because it was done so poorly and not up to code the first time. They tried to tell me I HAD to leave my apartment from 8am-5pm on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS during the pandemic despite the fact I work at home.... read more

Extremely Poor Communication This place really does emphasize the phrase that “you get what you pay for” in life. From starting jackhammering the walkway to your apartment before the date expected, all the way to constantly waking up to no water because they keep having to do emergency repairs. The best thing about this place is your neighbors, almost all of which have been amazing people. Don’t believe the 5 stars, this place will make you read resident reviews before you move anywhere in the future.
