Positive reviews are misleading Upon moving in, management pressures tenants to leave positive reviews on these platforms, so I wouldn’t trust most of what you are seeing. I am truly an easygoing person, and am not one to cause a stir or complain but this place is truly awful. Management is generally unhelpful in resolving issues, amenities and appliances are not well maintained. These are all minor things but the actual structure of the unit(s) is unbelievable and this is the true issue. I moved here to save some money befo... read more

Read Recent Reviews Constant Construction Site with inadequate/ ZERO NOTICE of work being done on buildings. Dog stations don’t have bags, there are constantly broken washers and dryers and saunas and hot tubs, some amenities are ALWAYS unusable! Sort reviews by most recent, you’ll see the way current residents feel here.

Positive mostly My partner and I have enjoyed living here for the past nine months. It’s relatively quiet and we didn’t have a problem getting in touch with maintenance or main office. The place does look better online, so make sure you tour and look inside an apartment before leasing. I think the buildings are old, but our apartment had new paint and flooring. Our utility bills were pretty standard compared to other apartments we have lived in. Nice trees also.

Total lack of professionalism Terrible terrible terrible.. my mom was living here while going through chemotherapy and had both of her vehicles towed without any notification given by the front office. No one told her that she was parked in the wrong spot and $600 later she had to get both of her car's removed from the tow yard. When I called the front office they said that they had no obligation to tell tenants that their car was being towed and she was completely unprofessional about the entire situation. Mold, Bad Management, Maintenance issues, Troubles with Deposit Return I had a hard time with this place from the beginning to the end. I lived there for 1 year. Location was great, but not worth all the grief!! 1. They tried to bait and switch me on my move in day. They promised me a brand new apartment and tried to give me one that was old and gross. 2. Poor place to live This is a terrible place to live and not worth the price at all. The females that work up front do not care about the Tenets that live here and are extremely rude! They will pick an argument with you over nothing. They clothes the laundry rooms at 10 .If you arrive to pick up your clothes at 9:56 they refuse to let you get your belongings and will agrue with you until 10 , then make you leave. They will towe your car after paying for parking then refuse to compensate you for the mistakes they make. The mai... read more

They won't fix anything!! My dishwasher and toilet do not work still after multiple maintenance visits. Instead of fixing them, they tell me it is my fault or to just work around it. The water is shut off at least once a month, and there is black mold in my bathroom that I cannot get rid of. They are aware of all of these issues, but have a pattern of negligence.

Mold, but with amenities I’ve lived at Wimbledon Square for two years. My basement apartment has black mold in the bedroom, bathroom ceiling, front door, and window sills. Our water gets shut off all the time, yet the water bill is sky high. Sauna and spa are constantly broken and dirty. One resident even found a dead rat in the spa. Maintenance workers are careless with your belongings when inside your home. They recently came by to clean my mold with bleach and paint over it. A terrible place to call home. First sign something is amiss: the 5/5 rating on this site, when not a single reviewer rated this place a 5. Management is only nice before you sign the lease, and once you do, you have signed away all of your rights to a peaceful existence. Water shut offs are a regular occurrence (over a dozen in the past month here, with no sure end in sight). The construction never ends, and although management will tell you they are "bettering our community", they are doing the bare minimum to avoid having... read more
