Emyr has been a huge help with my neck, shoulders and tennis elbow. He's greatly decreased the pain and discomfort in these areas with massage, acupuncture and manipulation, which has allowed me to continue weight training. Equally as important is the hints and tips that he's given me, he really is a goldmine of information on all aspects of exercise and weight training, helping me to exercise more effectively and advising me on new training methods that have lessened the impact on my tendons and joints.
Emyr is fantastic. I started seeing him as I had suffered from around 10 years of neck and back pain that several NHS and private treatments had failed to relieve effectively. Saw Emyr last year and been seeing him again this year. I'd never been to an Osteopath before so I didn't know what to expect. Emyr has great character and instantly makes you feel comfortable. He's very knowledgeable and you can tell he is really paying attention to your issues when working on you and responding to feedback from the body.
