CAME OUT PROMPTLY DESPITE BEING LATER IN THE DAY. THE TREATMENT, A COUPLE OF TARGETED PUFFS, FROM THE GARDEN. IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT WASPS MAY BE AROUND FOR AWHILE. HOWEVER SADLY AFTER A FEW CALLS AND TEXT ASKING FOR ADVICE, WASPS HAVE CONTINUED THEIR PRESENCE AND INCREASED NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.BRITISH GAS NEEDING TO ACCESS LOFT FOR IMPORTANT ELECTRICAL WORK HAVE ABANDONED THE WORK AS THE RISK TO WORK IN THE LOFT IS TOO GREAT. SADLY NO ANSWER TO CALLS OR TEXTS.
I booked with a national pest controller...had to book 2 weeks in advance. They only did all day appointments. I didn't hear from them and the day before the appointment they confirmed that I was still booked in. On the day I contacted them and they said I wss booked in... they didn't arrive! Stephen is a consummate professional he made dealing with my pesky wasps look like child’s play. And he’s a jolly nice person too!
Highly recommend Stephen. He insisted on visiting the same day despite being late on to treat a ground level nest on a school field. All sorted very quickly and a follow up check in message to ensure all was gone. Thank you for a top class service ☺️
