Called up to get hold of one of the resident as i was worried but the staff told me she does not have the time to let him know i am on the phone . she is too lazy to get to him just up the stairs. I feel let down as they are supposed to help them get better but they cant do that if they have no communication with the outside world. they need to get out of that circle and the staff get paid to do this job but apparently they are too lazy and they have no time just sitting in that office!
