Rude and unhelpful owner.
Probably our best ever car buying experience ever! Chris is a top guy. Not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. His vehicles are all very well presented!0
Purchased a Jag F Pace fron Chris at Wilsons and found the whole experience very positive. There was no pressure and Chris worked with us all through. Everything about the car was as described and would not hesitate to use the services of Wilsons again in the future.
Poor service overall. Problem developed within 3 weeks of purchase. His garage was unable / unequipped to repair. Later took no responsibility or ownership to aid in finding a solution. Statutory warranty was simply ignored by the business, instead relying upon an inadequate 3rd party warranty. Two follow up phone calls were unpleasant with the business being very argumentative. Once a refund request was mentioned under consumer rights act 2015 we were threatened with legal action despite us being the ones with the complaint... read more
Amazing customer service, Chris was very helpful from the start. Not pushy and did everything to help us get the car that we wanted.
