They will ask for your financials and personal details upfront and then arrange a viewing. I have recently completed a viewing with them such a horrible experience. No estate agent came to show flat, with no clear instructions and their numbers and email non response i had to wait 30mins outside. Dropped them an email with interest to which they responded asking same financial data again and said this is not suited for kids (the data which was provided them upfront). Very poor communication, messed up from day one and nothing I could do about as we were tied in with them for 12 weeks! Needless to say we didn't sell the property until we moved to someone else that was capable of doing the job efficiently. Viewings arranged for wrong dates, viewings arranged that weren't confirmed so the purchaser couldn't view. Absolute chaos. If you want to sell your home go elsewhere!!
