RecommendedI called the Toyota service department because I had a tire that was very low on air pressure (as it turns out, the tire had a nail in it). They set up an appointment for my car for that same day at my convenience and worked it into their schedule. Since they were working it in, I was told it could take a few hours. They offered to drive me home and then pick me up when my car was ready. It all went very smoothly, and I was very impressed with the service, cost and courtesy.
