I recently had to find another vehicle and the person I worked with, Chad, did everything in his power to find me a vehicle that was safe and met all the specifications that I needed. Excellent experience buying my car through Wilson Toyota when Toyota of Des Moines could not follow through on their continued promises. Wilson Toyota was able to get me exactly what I wanted. If you are from the Des Moines area, I’d highly recommend you pass by Toyota of Des Moines and instead make the trip a few extra miles to Wilson Toyota!
My wife and I are very pleased with the customer service before and during our purchase of a new 2019 Camry SE. This is our 4th Camry, since 1989. Thanks to Ryan Smalley our sales consultant who listened to the customers carefully. We were able to purchase the Camry with a package that has just about every thing the XSE has for about $4,000 less. The customers service was wonderful ... I had to have the tires rotated! However, I don't recommend purchasing a vehicle there, as the salesmen aren't the best.
The technicians always fix the problem and the schedulers are often able to fit us in.
