I have dealt with at least a half dozen dealerships over the years. I found Wilson Toyota and I’m sold! Their service department is the best I’ve experienced. I feel like they are honest about repairs and they do the job right the first time. I can’t say that about other dealerships, where I have taken the car back two or three times to fix the repair. When we bought our Highlander they told us we could trade every year for around $6k. Today went to trade our 2018 with 6900 miles for a 2019 and their price is over $9k. Wouldn’t deal at all. How disappointing. I guess we should not have trusted them.
I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life but the buying experience at Wilson Toyota has been the best yet. Knowledgeable, courteous, honest and accommodating staff my my purchase a pleasant one. I highly recommend Wilson to anyone purchasing a Toyota or any of their vehicle they have.
