They are a professional, courteous and knowledgeable car dealership. Up until a couple of years ago I had all of the Toyota vehicles I purchased serviced at Des Moines Toyota. During those years I experienced more than one unacceptable issues from their service department. I voiced my problems and received unsatisfactory responses. I then transferred my business to Wilson’s in Ames...purchasing a Toyota Prime and having all servicing done in Ames.
