Very friendly staff and willing to go the extra mile. I bought a used vehicle and they still treated me like I had purchased a new one. They even delivered the car to me in Ankeny. It was spotless. I will buy there again.
I didn’t care for my salesman. He was inexperienced and left me having no faith in his abilities. He wasn’t honest, I had to call him several different times to check the status of the car delivery I agreed to. My complaint list goes on. Overall he ruined the excitement of buying my new car. I will go elsewhere in the future.
Armando was a great salesman. He was concerned about my needs and got me exactly what I wanted.
