Had a great experience here they’ve definitely earned my business!
If I could give zero stars I would. They love to have your business when you're buying a vehicle but when you bring it back to get serviced or have any work done on it they act like they're doing you a favor. The assistant service manager, Jason, acts like a complete jerk, he is defensive and accusatory. And don't expect a please, a thank you, or any example of basic manners. Way to go toyota! We'll be going to Des Moines from now on.
Myself and friends have experienced poor service here. They are completely rude to female customers, taking advantage of the situation by doing unnecessary work causing an over charge with no explanation and when confronted is utterly disrespectful.

Great Sales Department and a Service Dept that you can count on always. Honest and Courteous. The entire Dealership goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Have owned 13 Toyotas since 1988 from Wilson Toyota of Ames and have not switched brands because of their excellent service! If you are thinking of buying a car be sure to go visit with them!
