I have 4 rentals and had 11 years of nightmares with incompetence from other local estate agents. One property needed 10.5k of work to make it rentable again, she had 8 cats which were reported as ‘no evidence of pets’. Another was heavily smoking, again, not reported to me. Tried to keep our deposit even though the problems were raised, even tried to charge us for locksmith because they lost the master keys. What a deluded people works here. In the end we won our case through TDS. Plenty letting agency out there. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE. Would give a negative star if I could.
I was incredibly disappointed with this company. Myself and another person were looking for a modest 2-bedroom property with Wilson Defraine, but I was unable to even view the property because apparently I didn’t pass their third party financial referencing system. I informed them of my situation, letting them know that I was financially solvent, responsible and I could provide a UK based guarantor, but to no avail.
