Poor professionalism. Richard took care of our lease extension. The lease is done with the free holder, but Richard stopped all communication with us, after getting pressed around the progress with the Registry. Also called me rude in an email. We have sent Richard several follow up emails, he doesn't reply, and can't get through to him on the phone after several attempts.
