I’ve always been with Broom Cottage, firstly with our cats and now with our dog. I really like the team there, they are always really friendly and helpful and explain things clearly, they’ve always got the pets interests at heart. I’ve always been really happy with the care they’ve taken with our pets and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody who's looking for great care for their pets.
After years of using Broom Cottage for my 2 Westies, I have had no choice but to move to Woodcroft today due to poor service and Revenue focus. We would usually see Katie Head Vet and Practice Manager, who sadly I was told has left the organisation, but it does make a lot of sense now, as it appears standards have slipped. This is the 2nd time we have met with a newer albeit underwhelming Vet, who on both occasions appears to be more focussed about increasing revenue than animal care. The staff at Broom Cottage are so reliable, friendly and helpful. Our lil cat, Ico, has been really poorly recently and they have been so patient, caring and reassuring with him and with us. We really have appreciated their efforts and kindness as he means the absolute world to us. We feel we can trust them with our most precious little boy. Every time I go to this vet I have to wait over half an hour to be seen appointment times mean nothing to them and they seem to have no consideration for people's valuable time. They don't even apologise for the wait. Which is such bad service, particularly when the prices are also extortionate!
