Didn't get past the receptionist!! Rude and obnoxious..wouldn't let me speak, spoke over me and just wouldn't listen. All I wanted to do was register my new dog. Honestly, I have never felt so frustrated before.
Lovely team the reception girls very helpful and friendly and had a meeting to have Buzz checked ,the vet was lovely so down to earth and very thorough, thank you for your care of Buzz ,highly recommend this vetenary practice
We cannot fault the care and love that all members of staff at Willows Alsager give to Eddie - kind, knowledgable, and never rushed for time, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Could not recommend more - Eddie loves going to the vets - even when he isn’t well - which says everything!
My dog went in today for surgery and first greeting were great very friendly can’t thank them enough for taking good care of our boy would definatly recommend :)
