My 90 year old mother waa due to ha e a catheter removed on 28.9.23. The district nurse from The Willows did not turn up. Did not call. We had to chase and they said that they will be coming a week later as they have no capacity. No apology. No care for the patients discomfort. I am disgusted. Unprofessional. uncaring
