My Mum has dementia and had a bad fall we couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks, not at nurse waiting nearly an hour so far disgusting took a teenager first you is mobile and should have been taken to A&E my Mum is important too!!!!!!

I spoke to Joan on reception today she explained she was a new member of the team she dealt with my query professional friendly and open someone with her attitude makes such a difference when people are feeling stressed dealing with health issues . We need more people like Joan on the other end of the phone thank you .
