I like willowbrook ford but I'm really tired of getting email after email of , Please review us or Tell us about your ford. If I don't answer you fill my email with it and I'm really tired of it!! To top it off you always say don't give us bad reviews tell us personnaly whats wrong but not in the review, quit sending them because you might not like my responses. If I have time I might respond but after I get a couple in a couple of days too much!! STOP being a BULLY!
Willowbrook Ford left my driveshaft loose when replacing my rear end, which caused damage to my rear end. The driveshaft failed as a result while I was driving with my newborn son. Luckily neither of us were injured. The vehicle was towed to another Ford Dealer that advised me that Willowbrook Ford left the driveshaft bolts loose. Willowbrook Ford refused to repair the damage caused by its negligent work, forcing me to take them to court. I would not recommend Willowbrook Ford for service.
I have been going here for years. Not anymore.
