Purchased a brand new Escape last week. We got a very fair trade in and an awesome deal on the new vehicle purchase. Can't say enough good things about our sales rep, Andy Ricci. The whole process from Andy to Tom to John was terrific. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new, or used vehicle. This was our third purchase from this dealership. When you have good, honest service, no need to shop elsewhere!!
We had an excellent experience today at Willowbtook Ford! Our expedition died in the middle of our day and was not able to be revived. Went into Willowbrook ford to check out the truck inventory. Ended up talking to Tom Peracki and getting a real good deal on my trade in and on the new truck. Also he followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was good and that the truck was running good and if I had anymore questions. Thomas was very helpful and friendly. He found me the right car and stayed within my budget. I was able to walk away with more options and a great car and it equaled to the same car payment I had with the car I recently lost. He answered all my questions and ensured my happiness by making everything simple through out the whole process. :)

My husband and I were in yesterday to test drive the new explorer. Joe Ragusa helped us out. He understood when we told him we didn’t want to buy just now but we wanted to wait a couple months to get some finances in order. No pressure at all! He treated us so kindly almost as if we were family! I will definately be back to purchase my new Ford Explorer in May! Can’t wait! A+ customer service!
