Came in to start the buying process. Spoke with Charlie(I think); he was not knowledgeable on the current inventory. I asked to look at a Taurus Sho, he didn’t know if they had one. I inquired about test driving the the focus rs. He said we can’t let $40k cars just leave the lot for test drives; especially when you don’t know what you want. Completely turned me off. One thing I know for sure; I won’t be buying from that guy.
