Went in for an oil change for my 2015 Kia Optima. Service was pretty fast and the staff was nice and professional. Was also able to get me in at the last minute which I greatly appreciated!!
I went in for oil change, with an appointment and was told it would be an hour and 1/2. I decided to wait- while waiting the girl came to tell me I had 4 recalls!!! I had no idea as I never got any notice. I told her to go ahead and fix it, she said they’d call me when ready and I went home. No one ever called so after 3 1/2 hours I called and my car was ready. Normally I have good service but this time was a bit disappointing. I’ll go back - hopefully next time won’t be as busy.
They do a great job every time I come in for an oil change. In and out in a timely manner.

Went to 2 different dealerships before i came to Willowbrook. Had awful experiences at both, when i walked into Willowbrook, Tom Peracki was quick to come and help me out. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect car for me. I came back the next day and bought my 2015 ford fusion! Definitley a great experience while it was a stressful time being a first time buyer. I had a bazillion questions and Tom was great with all the answers and made sure i walked away happy!!
