Great reasonable service. What I love most about this place is their honesty. I don't have to be worried about being ripped off when I go here for service. I always take my car there for oil changes and inspection. They will check for recalls and let me know what service is recommended before the work is done. They will also give me an estimated time frame to complete the work along with an accurate estimate of the cost. My experience with Willowbrook Ford has been very positive. Whether it is a recall repair or oil changes, the service Dept. is very supportive and values its customers. My overall experience with Willowbrook has been excellent from purchasing my vehicle through the servicing. 🙂
people are friendly and the service is top notch.
Even though they had not scheduled my appointment in their system, for which we discussed and for which I left work early, they still took me and accommodated me at the time I arrived for the original appointment, rather than having to reschedule, and also completed the job in less than half the time quoted. They are very responsive and easily communicate changes and timeframes during work being completed. I find that to be invaluable.
I have only had service work done. Was very happy with the attention I was given dropping the car off & picking it up. Michelle who took care of me was very professional when we met & when we talked the next day. Also my car was ready for pick up when I came in the get it.
I had an emergency with my car at 7:30 in the evening and the service department was open. Michelle was able to get me in and my car fixed within an hour of dropping it off. My car was done before my dinner arrived. She was helpful and courteous which made the experience tolerable. Thank you Michelle.
It took 5 scheduled visits to the service department to fix an issue with one of my speakers. The last time I came in, Ben, Matt and Dan were very attentive and took care of the issue promptly, assuring me it had been fixed. I am grateful for their desire to make sure it was taken care of and done so quickly. I just wish I could have had that same experience in the 1st visit.
