I loved working with Dragon (the salesmen). He was not pushy and gave us time to make up our own minds.
Shouldn’t have to wait 2 weeks to get a service appt. you buy a car/ truck there. I Bought extended warranty. I even take it there for things that don’t fall under my warranty. Left a message for service manager 2 days ago and still no call back. Don’t think I would buy another vehicle from them. When your buying they are all over you, but when you need service you have to pull teeth.

Willowbrook Ford was an experience that I found easy and in a very relaxed environment. There was absolutely no pressure and our sales man Dave worked hard to achieve our needs. The service was excellent and helpful and all questions were researched and answered. They were honest and I was satisfied with the service. Very friendly company. Thanks all we love our new Fiesta !
I had body work done to my car, heard rattling. I couldn’t imagine what it could have been, after having my car checked and spending needlessly, nothing was found. I had my front windshield repaired, the repairman should me that kid willow brook didn’t put bolts in my front end! Took it back to them and right now my front end is rattling again.
