i had an appointment that was scheduled with another dealer after my arrival was told it would be 2-3 hours for an oil change. I immediately called Willowbrook and drove on over. they took me on and had me back on the road in an hour!
Tyler Urbanski was the service advisor. Tyler was very helpful and a true professional! Highly recommend Tyler for your Ford vehicle maintenance.
The service department was very helpful and did everything to do the needed repairs and followed up with me . Michelle Johnson was very professional and kept me in the loop as the repairs were made. I have always been a Ford Fan and my last a Ford F 150 I got from WIllobrook Ford 23 years ago! I wouldn't have gotten a new truck even now but I wanted some of the extras like the rear back up camera, and other visual safety features. I will admit I looked at Chevy and GM but came back to Ford and to Willowbrook. Andy was my salesman and he was very kind, considerate and helpful. I would give him an A+++. I love my car and also when you go in for service. They keep you updated about the service being done and cost and everything needed. They try their best to get you out in a reasonable amount of time. You don't wait too long. Nice waiting room with a TV. They supply you with free refrigerated bottles of water, coffee and cookies.
Everything about my unscheduled service visit was awesome! Michelle took great care of me knowing I was really worried about my car - she kept in touch with me if something was going to take a while to fix, tho nothing did! Parts costs are reasonable here as well as the service, and they KNOW KIA! So thanks Michelle J and the tech that fixed my power issue...you guys are rock stars!
