I'm literally afraid to bring my vehicle back to this particular dealer. I brought my 2014 KIA Soul in for a recall to update the computer for the Knock detector sensor, and literally 36 hours after it was serviced for the recall, the knock detector sensor went out. It went into Limp mode and I had to take the vehicle back in. They then tried to tell me it was going to cost upwards of $700 to fix the issue. I was mortified. My vehicles been in there for service 6 Times for the 4 x 4 not working Hadded in the first time and 55,000 miles Had it in there last week it is 105,000 and a four-wheel-drive still doesn’t work now they want to charge me over $2000 for repairs haven’t had four-wheel-drive that work correctly in 50,000 mile The sad thing is I’ve been a customer of them since 1992 when I bought my first new ranger at 18 years old I thought very highly of the dealer until this happened
