We arrived at the time to pick up our boat all excited for the 1st day of our canal holiday. We were given a quick talk through by deb on the way the locks worked and boat handling then charged £25 extra for our second dog when ad said £15. Chris took us a short way down the canal after a talk on how things work. Not far out the marina he took boat to the side and jumped off. Wow what a learning curb we ended up snaking all over the place then eventually controlled the boat as novices I will be honest I just wanted to pack u... read more

Worst ever. Mould in all windows. Radio and TV didn't work. Spring had come through the mattress. Ignition on gas stove didn't work. Cobwebs. Had to run enginge at least 7 hours a day to get hot water and for lights. The reception office was messy and unorganised. No recommendations for this company only don't go near them

Having a second able-bodied adult on board would have been a big help. Very friendly and helpful staff. The other unexpected bonus was the other boaters we met who were very forthcoming with ... read more

The boat was great, the service was great and they were very flexible with regards to timings etc. Would use again if we go on another canal trip.

A Willow Wren Whimsy Aboard the Willow Wren we sailed, With pirate hearts and dreams regaled. The trip was grand, the sights were keen, A floating paradise, serene. But ahoy! Came Deb, with scowl so stark, Her manners rough, like a landlubber shark. She barked and snapped, a tempest's roar, No pirate spirit in her core. We pirates laughed and shared our cheer, But Deb’s rude ways were far from dear. She scowled and snarled, a fearsome beast, Her temper foul, to say the least. She kept our booty without due cause, Her reasons... read more
