GP practice merged with another in the same building (Logan). Both practices I’ve experienced and have serious concerns about. What happened to Willow W staff? Can’t see them on Logan website. Are they still allowed to practice medicine? Wouldn’t be surprised if not. If you come across Dr Ritchie, in particular, be very careful and ask for anyone else.
Rude and useless. I actually never had a chance to speak to the doctor but reception wouldn’t connect me to one as my issue “didn’t qualify”. My private doctor naturally disagreed with this receptionist. Sadly, prime example of you get what you pay for. I would recommend to avoid them as this is not the first time I needed something and been turned around.
