Michelle was recommended to me when I was having trouble with a suspected TMD. After my first massage my discomfort slightly eased, which was great. But Michelle didn’t just stop there, as a past sufferer herself she advised that on our next massage we should focus on the back, shoulder, neck and jaw muscles as the cause may be rooted here. I started having reflexology in November 2020. I suffer with migraines and headaches, I have done since I was a child.
