In a bit of a mess and unsure how I was going to get my move off the ground, Lucas got in touch after I'd mentioned AnyVan and contacted him through his website. I'd not had great experiences with AnyVan in the past due to vans not holding everything required. Lucas came round and had a look at what I'd got and arranged a quote. He was very friendly and assured me that everything was laid back and anything not packed wouldn't be a worry as he'd bring boxes if necessary. Lucas and his team easily dealt with challenges we gave them in moving heavy , big items to a three storey house. Lucas took personal accountability both before the move in preparing ,wrapping pictures and providing us with boxes to pack as we needed them ..during the move in directing and organising ,and after the move to pick up empty boxes.
