Scammer/Thief Ordered $1k item, waited almost a month with no word, no response to countless emails. Finally got a response 3 weeks ago when I said I was going move forward with a credit chargeback. They said it was packed up and shipping the following day. Three more weeks, no tracking number, no item received, and they're back to Ignoring countless emails again. The stories are true I guess. My own dumb fault. Just plain thieves as far as I can tell.
Absolutely shocking!!! Purchased items over 6 months ago now and yet to receive anything. I have called in excess of 100 times and not once has the phone been answered! I have left messages via email, website chat, voicemail and socials and still not one reply. Soon I will make the 3hr drive to demand my refund. Absolute joke of a company

**AVOID** I placed an online order in April for an air intake kit costing £169. I then waited a couple of weeks but recieved nothing so sent messages on all available social media platforms but never got a reply. I never got any emails notifying me of dispatch info, so I rang and spoke to someone who said they'd sent it out but must be lost in post so they'd post out another via dpd next day delivery & that I'd get email confirmation etc with tracking....
