My mum is settling down in willow park, it's a hard journey for her at 93, she is as bright as a button,so is finding it hard after being independent all her life .all at the home have done what they can and are all really nice.i have no complaints with willow park at all , only praise 🙂🙂

My mum was a resident at willow park for 10 months. Her room was constantly dirty. I on many occasions requested clean sheets for her bed which on several occasions had holes in. She on 3 occasions had bruises on her arms that no one had explanations for. All her clothes and footwear disappeared to a point where I provided 35 pairs of pants during her stay and left with 3 when it came to her move. Disgusted ... Not the best welcome to start off, No-one knew anything about my mum arriving or being booked in for respite care despite being booked in 3 weeks ago, no offer to wait inside whilst they checked records or booking information so left to wait in the entrance and car park. I have nothing negative to say about Willow Park Care Home. What some don't realise is they don't just have 'your' relative to look after and I've never personally been ignored when in reception or the dementia floor. I've always found the staff to be friendly yet professional. If anything happens I've always had a call. I'm not saying that everything has been perfect as it hasn't yet they have done the best in sometimes difficult situations.
