Verified Renter Pros: Willow and Maple is a great complex in a quaint crunchy granola (but surprisingly expensive) neighborhood 2 blocks from the Metro. You get to live in DC proper, with all of the benefits of the suburb of Takoma Park, since its downtown strip is a block away. The building's brand-new (2016), has nice fixtures and finishes, and most apartments have a balcony. It's quiet as there aren't a ton of people fresh out of college trying to relive the glory days.
