I hate to give a one star but I have had a torrid time with this company. The service was so atrocious I started to wonder if it was a scam!! I ordered a £1900 sofa bed in March on a 10 week ish lead time and heard nothing. I started to chase and got a response back with a new lead time. Then they went quiet again. Through June, July and August I emailed numerous times (you cannot get through on the phone) and generally got ignored with the odd reply seemingly to keep me on the hook.
