My experience was amazing! The staff were lovely and seemed to be testing their own vaccines on themselves 😂😂😂. They looked so happy 🤣🤣🤣. Really just trying to help the good people of our town. On the other hand, needles were all over the floor guess they just hadn't had a clean up day recently 🤣🤣🤷♀️🤷♀️
I have formally escalated this surgery to NHS England. If you call at 815 and are 2nd in the queue, it doesn't mean you are 2nd in the queue to get an appointment. I waited and hour and half and the receptionists didn't pick up. They put their phones on mute and ignore calls. My daughter is 2 years old and I had to drive to the surgery while I was on hold to the surgery and show them that the automated message says I'm number 1 .....and would they like to answer my call. They have a technical problem with their phone appoint... read more
Worst service I have ever experienced from a GP surgery. Absolutely fed up, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment here, even for an emergency appointment it is near on impossible. You are either left on hold or the call cut entirely. This is the case even when we are not in a global pandemic. Would not recommend to anyone and would rate 0 stars if I could.
