Really pleased with the service from Willow Carpets in Chalfont St Peter. The quality of the carpets is spot on and the fitters did a brilliant job, especially given the ridiculous heat on the day. They moved a few bits of furniture that we couldn’t have shifted ourselves, which made a big difference. A friend had recommended Willow carpets. We were looking to buy flooring and popped along to their shop in Chalfont St Peter. Alan took care of us right from the start. Wonderful, caring service. I felt he had our best interests at heart and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. Initially we were thinking LVT but he explained clearly how this works and we switched to carpets. We had a new bedroom carpet supplied and fitted by Willow Carpets, and were impressed with the service we received. Firstly, the help we received at their showroom in Chalfont St Peter, in selecting a suitable carpet, was polite and very knowledgable. Secondly the fitters; who arrived at the time they predicted in advance by text; did a great and efficient job of laying the carpet and clearing up after themselves. We had some carpets fitted by the team in July and are really happy with the service. The carpets are much better quality than from a main stream chain and were cheaper. The team were great at working around our builders when fitting the carpets and were happy to work without us being on site. Would recommend using them to anyone and everyone as they were brilliant!
