I’m very disappointed with the service provided by this letting agent. Despite paying rent on time every month, maintenance issues in the property are consistently ignored. Even after several emails, calls, and follow-ups, no repairs have been carried out — not even for essential facilities that should be a basic priority for any landlord or agent to maintain.
