Avoid!! My car was at Willisons for 8 and a half weeks after a breakdown: new engine parts added and parts sent away for testing only to finally be told there was metal in the sump. Questionable diagnostics, slow service and poor communication lead to a near £2000 bill and a dead car. My formal grievance was ignored and they demanded full payment.
If your thinking of buying a car at this garage don't hesitate as the customer service is outstanding. We purchased a car from them in February with a 3 month warranty and the car needed a new radiator after sitting during the winter in the cold. The garage replaced the radiator free of charge along with a new abs sensor. Jim and his team say nothing is a problem for them. The car had a full service with MOT when purchased. We can not recommend them enough.
Very arrogant staff and overpriced service. Avoid!
Since the brothers have sold the Garage, it's not the same place. Over priced, unnecessary work, My opinion, I would not recommend this garage.
Willison was the previous owner. The new owner isn't making a very good job of it. Slap dash job done for me with safety unchecked. Quite worrying. I would not recommend this garage. If you do..check everything.
