Bought a Skoda Fabia from here in January. They serviced it, said it was all good to go and has a 1 year warranty. 6 months later I’ve taken it in for it’s MOT and has failed due to serious fluid leaks on both front shock absorbers. Called and was informed it wasn’t covered by the warranty. As it turned out, there was a miscommunication regarding the warranty - they took it upon themselves to reach out and rectify the situation which was greatly appreciated. Very professional and courteous!
