AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. Please read the other 1star reviews. All accurate. Unless of course you enjoy paying someone £ks for doing nothing. Mark does literally the bare minimum to get paid i.e. list your property on right move and maybe email his database. I had to do all the viewings myself (despite asking prior and Williamsons saying they would do them), and chase for feedback. No greeting, just put a phone down on me after he said that property isn't available.
Arrogant bombastic individual who blames his clients for lack of progress.He certainly didn't put the effort in to sell our property. Not a nice person to deal with needs to get himself on a course for interpersonal skills.!
The service from the Williamson’s team was brilliant and professional for our recent house sale in the area. Having a Chartered Surveyor in charge gave us much more confidence with the sale of our house.
