Absolutely do not order from here. They didn't even show up to my delivery with all my furniture and couldn't find my dresser. Now 20 days later, the issue is still not resolved, I have no clue when I am getting my babies dresser and I am out $800. No one in their customer service department has been helpful and keep tossing me between agents. They also never call when they say they are going to call back with an update. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

I ordered a dining room set in August 2020, because we were hosting the holidays in December and needed a better set up. It includes a table, bench and two chairs. The chairs arrived in November, 2020. The table and bench are still delayed and we are into the late stages of January 2021. Every month we receive a new delay notice and I’m starting to feel like we won’t receive it in time for Christmas 2021. Right now it appears to be scheduled for late February/early March. I received a tablecloth as a Christmas gift. It was purchased at Williams-Sonoma. Since the tablecloth was too big for my table I tried to exchange it for a smaller size. I provided the receipt from the sender of the gift. Not only would they not let me exchange it for a smaller size they would not give me a store credit. I reached out to their "customer service" but that was a waste of time. I have purchased many items from Williams-Sonoma in the past. After this experience they have lost me as a customer.

Ordered a bedroom set for my son in October. Because were expecting our second kid next March and my son has to move to a different room by then. The delivery date kept being postponed and now it says Feb17! If it delays again my daughter will arrive. I dont even know how to handle the situation then. This is the worst furniture company Ive ever encounter. My customized *********** furnitures arrived on time every single time. What is happening in PBK? Ridiculous! Totally unreliable.

It’s been 4 months since our order was placed. Card was charged and delivery date keeps changing. Will not stop until every review page has my review so people realize that you are a bunch of thieves. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURE IN 2021. Placed order back in 2020!!

HORRIBLE business practices abound. Case in point, our purchase on DEC 11, 2020: we bought the Big Daddy bedroom set (6 drawer dresser, bed w/ headboard, two nightstands) for around $5000 all-told. All were shown as "In stock", with delivery estimate of DEC 18-24. Within MINUTES of submitting the order, we received an email saying the $1800 bed/headboard was back-ordered with a new estimated delivery date of JAN 5-19. Ordered a pan on Dec 28. It still has not even processed for shipping and I am due to move in 2 days. They have given me such a hard time about it. I have requested a cancellation numerous times over the past week and I keep getting conflicting stories. Everyone who was supposed to put in a cancellation request to the vendor has only done a request for information. I have called, emailed, spent countless hours going back and forth with them. I ordered a 2-tier bento box from Williams Sonoma on 11/18 for a Christmas gift. When the item arrived, it was only 1 tier. Customer service apologized & sent me a shipping label so I sent it back, waited about a month, and again received only 1 tier. Obviously, customer service was overwhelmed in mid December, but two of the agents flat out did not read my email and sent me a generic response about USPS shipping issues. I was on the phone with Pottery Barn for one hour and twenty minutes; my issue still hasnt been resolved. I ordered furniture in September, it still hasnt shipped and Pottery Barn is unable to process a refund. I spoke with ****** for one hour and four minutes, she transferred me to her Lead Aundrelle. I spoke with her for 16 minutes only to find out she would not be able to help either.
