We recently moved to a new house - unfurnished!! And how silly of us was to entrust all our furnishing to Pottery Barn. I ordered from PB before, mostly smaller items and always thought it is a a high quality company with great customer service. But I guess it is not the case when it comes down to bigger orders. I bought Helvetica Office Chair, Yarn Dyed Linen Weave, Dusty Blush, Antique Bronze from West Elm end of September (25th) with at least 4 months wait period. Within a month I realized the chair's armrest would come in the way and my knees (thighs) would touch the bottom of the desk (new desk) so I called to cancelled the order. They shared they have would pass the message on to the manufacturer. I placed my order on to purchase a Stab Enameled Cast Iron Everything Pan back in Jan 20, 2021. My initial expected delivery was Feb 3rd, after the delivery date passed and I still didn't receive my order. I checked the tracking delivery and found out it was never in the delivery status and the expected delivery date had delayed to Feb 25. I never received any contacts from them to inform me about the delay. And I had to find out myself when I checked the tracking status. I’m writing this review because I found myself looking at these reviews, after a major delivery issue I had with Pottery Barn Teen, in order to get some insight on how they might handle my situation. I’m please to say that in my opinion, they handled it incredibly well. That’s not to say it didn’t require several phone calls on my part explaining and patiently reexplaining what had happened. We received this order today with issues. The men who assembled the Loft stated that the loft is missing multiple pieces of hardware. They assured me that the Loft is safe for my child to sleep on. After further investigation, I noticed that the top of the Loft is NOT flush to the base at all, please see the attached images of it sitting on an angle to the pins.We have called for assistance and have been passed around to multiple departments and with no solution. Since November 2020 we ordered close to $10,000 worth of furniture from Williams Sonoma companies. Mainly, West Elm, and have been extremely disappointed with how absolutely abysmal it is dealing with them. We still don't have a critical piece of furniture that was supposed to be delivered back in January. It's now March and there are still no updates. very bad experience order several hundred dollars worth of dinnerware said it would be 3 day delivery in stock. Got one small shipment in two weeks and now the balance of the order is out of stock and they keep pushing the delivery date blaming COVID not true. Biggest problem is the BS KEY REWARDS PROGRAM I signed up they say I have a credit balance to use for future purchases, so I bought some additional items upon check out there is no way to apply them. Ordered in September, was told it was a custom order so it would take a bit..Delivery set for December..then moved to January..then February...now March. Where are my $1300 chairs!!!??? The website says they are ready to ship but no one can tell me where they are.

I placed two orders in November, a table and chair and have yet to receive them. They have pushed the delivery date out at least four times and as of today it looks like an April delivery, but I am sure that will change too. I go to their website and they are still advertising that the same chair and table are in stock. Very deceiving business practices!!
