Ordered 12/23/20 of 2 sets 6/34 oven Dutch delayed to 2/11 /21 and then delay to 2/27/21,very frustrated for this company!Never buy from this app again!If can ,I will give 0 star for it!Never have a extra like this on my whole life!!!!

Their customer service is atrocious, including one of their “supervisors” **** *******. We received a damaged couch and were told it would take 3 weeks to get a replacement, when it ended up taking 6 months. After spending probably 15 total hours on the phone trying to get an answer, the couch was delivered, and dents were left in my wall by the “delivery experts”. Do not order from Pottery Barn Kids if you have any hope of ever receiving your furniture. I ordered a nursery chair and ottoman for my daughter. It was promised for December. I have received delivery delays, been charged twice, and have she has yet to receive the furniture. I asked for a refund so that I could get the furniture somewhere else and they refused. They have breached the contract with me to deliver in December but simply dont care. The customer service is awful, they wont even answer my questions about the delay... read more

Absolutely the worse. My sons bed said 6 weeks when I ordered it, its now been 6 MONTHS and no bed, customer services gives me no answers. And wont allow me to cancel without losing 100% of my money. Complete scam!

For West Elm, don’t have experience with the other associated companies. The furniture looks nice and has a hefty price tag to go along with it. Ordering process is for the most part easy and painless. HOWEVER, when it comes to shipping and receiving this company is SEVERELY lacking! The consumer should not have to call multiple times to receive an update on where their order is. I ordered two Zwilling saucepans before Thanksgiving 2020. I only chose Williams-Sonoma because of the delivery estimate. Crate and Barrel had better prices but would deliver it after I needed. Guess what? I had to shop brands I don’t like in more reliable retailers to be able to cook my Christmas recipes. Last estimate for delivery: February 1st 2021. Is anyone surprised that today is Feb 3rd and I see no packages in my doorstep? Not fun.

Pottery Barn is an utter disaster. I purchased a desk in September of 2020 and opened a credit card for the purchase. The initial ship date was set for January 2021 -- it was a lengthy wait but felt reasonable given the demand for desks during the pandemic, and given I need a standing desk I didn't have a lot of better options. January has passed, and I've received one email update saying the order delivery would be pushed to April of 2021. Unacceptable. Id give it zero stars if I could. I purchased a bed in August of 2020. After months of date push backs, frustration and useless calls to Pottery Barn **************** I was told today- February 2, 2021 that the bed was over sold and will never be coming. They took zero accountability for this poor experience and offered me nothing more than help finding an in-stock item. How absolutely disappointing. This is a review for pottery Barnes. We placed an order end of August and was told we will be recei g the items by October. Its is February and we still havent received them but yet we were charged back in suggest. Each time we call the customer service we are told that they are in back order. After 45 minutes waiting on line for someone to talk to I was told that we might get them end of March. Thats is outrageous.
