Would not trust this garage at all. We went to view a car today that we had put a holding deposit on because from what we were told over the phone it was exactly what we were looking for. We had explicitly been told it was full service history which was an important point to us. When we got there, a journey of over two hours, we found out that the car had not been serviced for seven years and had a lot of repaired bodywork. So far I like the car. Unffortunatly understaffed at the time I could go, leaving the poor bloke overwhelmed. When I buy a car I like to ask questions and feel like I am in control which I did not in the case. Andy was helpful and polite just too damn busy making me feel rushed and not like an important customer. Car clean but you could tell the person who did it was busy or couldnt be bothered missing alot of areas.

Absolute sham of a company Where do I start !!!!!!!!! Despicable underhand, arrogant and unhelpful. Without doubt the rudest staff in the northwest. If I could award them for their lack of customer service I give them 10/10. Spoke with Mark over the phone about a purchase of a car. Was assured they do not discount cars at all in price due to them being sold with a warranty.
