Shockingly unprofessional service. Seemingly a one man band as the only person you ever speak to is a “Harriet”. Landlords steer clear of these unprofessional cowboys, and tenants beware of their holding deposit shenanigans. The company doesn’t remember information they are given, and negotiates one thing on Friday only to forget they have by Monday. I would recommend this letting agent as they have a real family feel to them which is really hard to find, they made moving into our new rented property a joy, we where contacted when we moved in to make sure we where ok by Harriet who is so lovely and very helpful, if we need anything we know they are only a call away and respond in a prompt manner. I am very happy we choose Williams & Harriet.
