We have very recently exchanged on our first home bought through Williams Harlow in Cheam and we cannot recommend enough. From our first viewing with Amanda, who was friendly and informative to the sales progression handled by Adrian who remained cool calm and collected throughout. They went above and beyond, even chauffeuring signed documents between parties at crucial moments! Williams Harlow, Cheam sold my house in Sept/October 2025. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Adrian was at the start for market appraisal and valuation, every member of the team visited the house so they knew exactly what they were promoting, and the amazing Amanda Gowan was there every step of the way with her knowledge, kindness and even offers of help with packing! What a great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the Cheam Village area.
