Fantastic bike shop! All the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered me in a bike through a cycle to work scheme, they built it and had no problem keeping it for a few weeks until I was ready to collect. Whole experience was super easy.

Had a fantastic experience with Williams the past ~2 months. Whilst cycling I had part of my frame snap, so I contacted Cannondale as it was under warranty and they told me to take to a bike shop to begin the process. Called Williams and they were more than happy to help. They handled the entire process: the initial claim application and sending over all the relevant information, liaising once successful the posting of my new frame from North America, then the entire transfer of all my parts from the broken frame to the new ... read more
