Took my nephew’s Trek in yesterday with a very wobbly back wheel. Had the bronze service as well. Picked up the bike today, less than 24hrs later. His bike now feels better than new according to my nephew! The guys replaced bearings on the back wheel and did the front ones as well…very thorough and very good value for money. Will happily recommend and we’ll be going back.
Great service as always but really over and above this time - Brian was able to fix the electric display back on to the handlebars when I thought there was no way it could be done (single unit and the bracket was completely snapped off) - thanks so much, has made a huge difference!

Went in with my 10 year old hard tail MTB which I only really use for roads and gravel and cruising around. I wanted to have a look at more comfortable bars to replace the almost straight and unnecessarily long bar that came with it, George spotted my Brooks saddle and suggested it would pair well with some more swept back “stash” bars, which as luck would have it were not even close to the most expensive in the shop, he fitted them there and then. Had a broken chain on my e bike. Rang on Sunday. "Can you help"-?" - "bring it down first thing Monday and although we are busy we will do best". Arrived just before opening time. Left bike there. Phone call within the hour - all done. Very impressed. Thanks!
