Williams to the rescue - After removing the chain from my race bike for a really good clean I found myself missing the replacement Shimano pin to rejoin it - The guy in the parts dept couldn’t have been more helpful and raided his spares in the workshop after a lot of searching one was located and weekend saved. Despite offering to pay he refused so I will make a donation to charity and payback/pay forward his generosity No idea what his name was but 5 star service so much so I felt compelled to write a review
As clichéd as it is, all the staff seem happy to go that extra mile. I guess that's why their average rating is 5.0 after 201 reviews as at the time of this one.
Knowledgeable staff who were great at helping us find a bike for my 10 year old. They were in no way pushy and we've come away with a great option in our price range and a very happy child.
