These guys are fantastic. I called in on the off chance when I discovered I had a gash in my tire in the middle of a cycle tour from London. They were friendly and courteous and said they could replace the back tyre then and there. They even recommended me a place to get a coffee while they did it! So I went off to Black and Gold coffee and within half an hour I got a call to say it was done. They even gave me a small discount on the tyre. Rang up this morning with an emergency flat tyre that I had failed to fix myself due to the very awkward nature of the bike. The team at Williams were kind, professional, and appropriately sympathetic. I was able to take the bike in straight away, and it was ready to collect in the afternoon all fixed. They have now turned into my go-to emergency repair shop!
Been in and out buying bits and bobs, been always helpful. When I was looking at buying a new bike. At the time I couldn't decide to either go to a non powered road/mountain bike or to stick to an ebike. Was allowed to test ride quite a few bikes and been given advise and shared personal opinions. Quick call to enquire about a repair. They asked me to bring the bike in before booking, so they know what they’re dealing with. Took my bike in and the mechanic looked at it, played with something for 30 secs and it was it done, fixed! Brilliant service and team there. Thanks Williams.
