I came in and they were very kind and listened to me explain about my bike and the problems with it . It didn’t take long for them to know what I needed done and although busy we’re able to do it very fast . Bike now rides great ! 10/10
Been customers of Williams’ cycles for about 13 years first for baby stuff and then bikes and always had fantastic advice and service. Highly recommend their bike maintenance courses too, Jake was so patient and a great teacher and my 13 year old son now has a greater understanding of his bike and feels confident to tackle basic repairs himself and make sure his bike is safe. Very happy!
Huge thank you to Daniel, who added a new wheel and did extra fixing on my bicycle literally within a few hours. Honestly, 10/10 customer service every time I visit the store!
