100% would recommend, excellent from start to finish! Anita helped us in the beginning who was super friendly and helpful, then passed onto Stephanie in the aftersales team. Stephanie went above and beyond the whole way through, updating us as soon as she had any information as well as always responding to our emails/ calls. The chain was on a tight deadline and I am certain that the sale would not have happened without Stephanie's input.
Williams and Donovan, in particular Stephanie, could not have been more helpful with my house purchase. Going well and above over expectations and helping me and keeping me up- to-date with everything along the way. Anita was kind enough to be patient with me when first looking and gave me lots of sound advice when, sometimes, I felt destined never to find my house. Well done ladies, and thank you.

I received 5 star service from everyone at Williams & Donovan, Benfleet. From the first phone call I made and spoke to Alex, I knew I’d receive a friendly service. Lloyd valued my house and took the amazing photos and drone pictures. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and listened to my situation, I never felt rushed like I had done with other estate agents.
